How much are your rates?
Our rates vary according to the practice and A/R. We are very competitive, and our rates are comparable to other companies in our region. Just give us a call and we will be happy to give you a rate quote.

We have old outstanding bills. Can you collect?
Yes, we would be happy to help you recoup and clean up any old accounts.

How do we get information to you?
We tailor everything to the practice. If we are in your area, a courier service is provided. If you are further away, we will provide envelopes for you to mail copies of the required information to us or Information can also be sent to a Fax number generated for your practice only directly to our E.M.R. system.

Where do the payments go?
All payments come directly to the physicians office. We accept only copies of payments. You make the deposit and we post the payments and bill the patients any balance due.

Are you set up for E.M.R ? ( Electronic Medical Records)
Yes! The software systems we support and recommend have the capability to capture and store records.  The provider can enter codes and charges while in the patient record and the biller can send all claims and statements electronically. Documents can be stored, printed, and reviewed all via secure storage.

The programs also have customized schedulers, the ability to collect patient payments online and secure  patient portals for messaging. Feel free to ask us what software we recommend.

Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes we are. We continue to take courses to stay updated with all government regulations. We can help with your office compliance protocol.
